Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service, helpdesk, or technical support role preferred.
- Experience with remote working tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Slack is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Flexible work schedule available (Full-time and Part-time shifts).
- Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays, depending on business needs.
- Schedules will be assigned based on time zones and team availability.
