Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.

Respond to IT helpdesk requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field (Diploma holders may also apply).
Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates will be considered for higher-level positions.
Basic to advanced knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP, DNS, firewalls, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills (for Experienced Candidates)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with database management (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
