Key Responsibilities
Load, unload, sort, and scan packages accurately and efficiently
Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and conveyors (training provided)
Ensure packages are handled according to FedEx safety and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Meet productivity and accuracy targets within designated timelines
Follow all company policies, procedures, and workplace safety guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals
Report damaged packages, safety concerns, or operational issues promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic ability to read labels, instructions, and safety guidelines
Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to work evening shifts and weekends
Commitment to safety and compliance standards
Experience
Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is preferred but not required

Shift: 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)
Schedule: Includes weekend shifts
