Key Responsibilities
Deliver top-tier customer service via phone, chat, and email for various Disney platforms and services
Resolve inquiries related to accounts, subscriptions, orders, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner

Adhere to performance metrics including customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution
Document interactions thoroughly using internal CRM tools

Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues independently
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to multitask across systems, tabs, and support tools
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or call center environment
Experience in the entertainment, streaming, or hospitality industry is a plus
Prior experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is advantageous
Working Hours
Flexible scheduling available
30–40 hours per week, based on availability
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs
