Job Description
Amazon is hiring remote Customer Service Associates to support its global customer base. As the voice of Amazon, you will provide timely and accurate support via phone, chat, or email to address order-related inquiries, returns, payments, and more — all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns via phone, chat, or email

Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, product returns, and account information

Maintain a positive and professional tone with each interaction

Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems

Follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues when needed

Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, speed, and accuracy

What You will Need:
High school diploma or equivalent
