Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update patient, policy, and claim information into company databases.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive healthcare data at all times.
- Perform routine data verification and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Follow established data entry procedures and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist with administrative tasks and reporting when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Good typing speed (minimum 35 WPM preferred).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience
- No prior data entry or healthcare experience required – full training will be provided.
- Previous administrative or office experience is an advantage but not essential.
